Do patients need an account to book an appointment?

No. The booking page works without login — choose a service, practitioner, and time, enter contact details, done. An optional passwordless magic link is available for an overview of all your own appointments.

What does MedBook cost?

Free is free forever for one practice with one practitioner. Starter costs €18.99/month, Business €38.99/month — both fully flexible, cancel monthly.

Does MedBook store medical history or diagnoses?

No. MedBook handles appointment scheduling only — name, email, phone number, and a documented consent timestamp. It's deliberately not a practice-management system.

How do Practice Admins and practitioners sign in?

Through Digi Soft Hub via single sign-on — no separate password for MedBook needed. A Practice Admin invites practitioners simply by email address.

Can the booking page run on my own domain?

Yes. Starter allows your own subdomain, Business a fully custom domain (e.g. termine.your-practice.de) for the booking page.
